Technical details: The grapes were picked in August-September, pressed and then fermented in a stainless steel tank.
Style: This wine has lots of red berry aromas such as wild strawberries and ripe raspberries on the nose. It has a crisp acidity, but leaves a fresh and fruity taste on the palate.
Recommendation: Rosé de Carsin is a great drink for summer picnics, brunches and is at its best when consumed with food such as tapas, charcuterie, bbq-food, rich salads and bouillabaisse soup! Check out our recipe for a delicious Bouillabaisse! Serve Rosé de Carsin well chilled = 8-12 celsius.
The wine is vegan friendly as we have not used animal-based products in the production. The wine is sold in 75cl bottles.
