Grape variety: Sauvignon Gris 100%
AOC/IGP: AOC Bordeaux
Alcohol: 12,5%
Residual sugar: 0,3 g/l
Technical details: This wine was picked by hand, pressed and then fermented naturally in 3-5 year-old French oak barrels. The wine matured in the barrels for 7 months "sur lies" before bottling.
Style: L'Etiquette Grise is rich and complex dry white wine. It has plenty of citrus-like freshness and exotic fruit aromas such as passionfruit and pineapple. The taste is dry, intense and keeps in your mouth for a long time.
Recommendation: L'Etiquette Grise is one of the best known wines from Chateau Carsin, and it's made with the rare Sauvignon Gris variety. It's a wonderful wine to enjoy with grilled fish, mussels and seafood, with goat cheese and with poultry or even pork. Great wine to bring to a blind tasting too!
The wine is vegan friendly as we have not used animal-based products in the production. The wine is sold in 75cl bottles.
