Technical details: The grapes were picked in September, pressed and then fermented in a stainless steel tank.
Style: This wine has lots of red berry aromas such as strawberries and ripe cherries on the nose. It has a fresh acidity, but leaves a fruit-driven taste on the palate.
Recommendation: Clairet is a great drink for bbq parties - when it's sunny and nice outside but a bottle of rich red wine is just too much. That's the perfect moment to take a clairet instead! Serve well chilled = 8-12 celsius.
The wine is vegan friendly as we have not used animal-based products in the production. The wine is sold in 75cl bottles.
