Technical details: This wine was picked by hand and fermented naturally with 20-day skin contact. It has matured in the amphora for 10 months and then bottled without fining or filtering.
Style: L'Amour Fragile is quite atypical or non-traditional wine from Bordeaux, but experimental and delicious if you're into skin-contact wines. It's gently oxidised and has a good grip of bitterness, but plenty of grapefruit and citrus characters. Ages very well too!
Recommendation: We recommend to enjoy this wine with different cheeses, onion soup or rich vegetarian dishes such as grilled pumpkin. Also delicious with mushrooms!
The wine is vegan friendly as we have not used animal-based products in the production. The label is designed by Jenna Kunnas.
The wine is sold in 75cl bottles.
