Technical details: This wine was picked by hand and then pressed to stainless steel tank where it fermented naturally. Before the end of fermentation, the wine was cooled down and then bottled by hand without fining or filtering. After it warmed up, the wine re-fermented in the bottles. Only about 1200 bottles made.
Style: This sparkling mystery is a "pétillant naturel", meaning it's naturally sparkling. The wine is made with organic grapes. Very refreshing and cheerful, citrus fruit and crisp apple notes.
Recommendation: Great wine for apéro, picnics and brunches! At its best when served chilled and kept straight up (to keep the lees on the bottom). Note: very light bubbles on the vintage 2024.
The wine is vegan friendly as we have not used animal-based products in the production. The label is designed by Jenna Kunnas.
